Week-end rates

• 2 days : 1300€, from Friday 18:00 to Sunday 18:00

• 3 days : 1450 €, from Friday 18:00 to Monday 18:00

• 4 days : 1600€, from Wednesday 18:00 to Sunday 18:00

 

School holidays

• Very high season (July - August - Xmas - New year) : 3000€

• High season (Easter - October break) : 2600€

• Mid season (June - September excl. bank holidays) : 2400€

• Low season (October to May, excl. bank holidays) : 2200€

 

In addition:

• Cleaning fee : 200€

  • lHouse linen rental (sheet, house towels, cloth)

  • beds made

  • house cleaning at the end of the stay

• Deposit : 1500€ (Cash or transfer)

• Tourist tax, more or less 1.2€/night/adult (5% of the rental fee/night/adult). Form to be filled & returned
